ILS Kidz is pleased that you have decided to enroll your child in our After School Program.  This program is designed to give your child a well-rounded school year where they will learn and have fun.

Our main goal this year, with your help as parents, is to aide in the improvement of your child's learning, thus increasing their self esteem and producing a more educated future generation of business people, parents & leaders.

Daily our program includes an hour of study time (excluding Friday Fun Day), snack time & sports/game time.  As a participant in the program, your child will also be offered the chance to participate in any extra curricular activities held by ILS Kidz, such as Video Club, Girl's Club, Tube n' & Swim Team.

We would like to remind you that your child is enrolled in the After School Program for the entire school year, with no pro-rating allowed.  If your child is absent for any reason you are still responsible for payment for the entire week.  Payments must be made on the first day of each week.  This system is very important to most after school and camp programs in the area and we are confident that everyone will understand the need to make timely payments.

• Purpose: To meet the needs of our parents and community by providing a program children during the school year.
• Objective:  To provide a safe and fun environment where we can enhance their cognitive and physical learning.
• Functions:  ILS Kidz After School Program will include study time, sports time, crafts and games; as well as free time.
• Cost:  $55.00 per week, per child; $50.00 non-refundable registration fee per child
• Payment:  Payment for After School care is required for each and every week of the entire school year; except Spring Break and Fall Break.
• Late Fees:  If any week passes and payment has not been received, you will be charges a late fee of $10.00 per week until payment is made.  If for any reason you are assessed a late fee it needs to be paid along with the last week's payment and the current weeks payment.  All returned checks will be assessed a $50.00 return check fee.
• Hours:  After school until 6:00pm.  All children must be picked up on time at the end of the day.  If additional time is needed it is to be arranged in advance; otherwise a charge of $5.00 will be accrued for every partial or full quarter hour.  Program hours will be extended to full days at no extra cost on school one-day holidays.  The program is closed on New Years Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
